Cancellation and Refund Policy
Blush Thiya Boutique does not offer refunds for any products purchased. However, we may offer exchanges under the following conditions
Eligibility
Exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery with unboxing video. To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team at +91-7904658582 via Whatsapp.
A clear unboxing video is required as proof for any exchange request.
The video must:Start before the package is opened
Show the product being taken out in a single, continuous shot
Clearly capture any damage, defect, or incorrect item if applicable
Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Condition of Goods
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are returned damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
Approval and Process
All exchanges are subject to approval by Blush Thiya Boutique. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the original item and processing the exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition.
Time Frame
Approved exchange requests must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Any items received after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Blush Thiya Boutique reserves the right to deny any exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
